Subject: Minutes from AYSO Board Meeting of April 4, 2005.
1. Meeting called to Order by: Anthony Wilkes at 6:30 pm at the Agricultural Extension Office.
2. Members in attendance:

5. Administrators Comments:
Asst RC: NTR
Coach Administrator: NTR
CVPA: This year during collection of Volunteer forms, we need to ensure that full name (first, last, and middle names) appear on the Volunteer form. The driver’s license number and disclosure info need to be filled in. Also, a copy of the Youth Volunteer forms need to be kept on hand at the fields incase a Youth Volunteer should get hurt we have contact info.
Referee Administrator: NTR
Safety: NTR
Registrar: We had 65 – 70 children register on April 2nd. Would like to take another look into the VIP program this year and see if we can drum up more interest.
Training Coordinator: NTR.

5. Old Business
a. The Secretary and U-10 Div Coordinator positions are still open.
b. Volunteer forms are available on the AYSO website at www.eayso.org. 3 copies are needed, one for the member, one for our Region records and one to National Support and Training Center. They need to be filled out every year.
6. New Business
a. Discussed the need to have a brief available on the web site about the budget. The Treasurer will produce one and forward it to the Web Master.
b. Discussed what would help the next registration run smoother. The Board came up with some suggestions, and they will be implemented prior to May 7th.
c. There will be an Area E Meeting in Fallon on June 11th and 12th. Celeste, Darci, and Kim volunteered to form a committee to set that up.
d. Darci Thomas volunteered to undertake Asst RC. Many thanks.
e. Discussed the letter that was sent to each Board Member by the High School coach Nate Waite. He is concerned with a few issues, and would like to offer some solutions to problems he is noticing. The Board agreed that we will review the letter more, and invite Coach Waite to the May Board Meeting.
7. Action Items:
a. The RC will email the schedule out to all Board Members again.
b. The RC will stop by and get a signature authorization card for Kyle Meer.
8. Administrative Remarks:
a. Thank you for all of your support and patience.
b. Next meeting will be May 2, 2005 at 6:30 at the Churchill County Parks and Recs Annex.
c. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 pm by the Regional Commissioner.
