Subject: Minutes from AYSO Board Meeting of June 6, 2005.
1. Meeting called to Order by: Anthony Wilkes at 6:30 pm at the Agricultural Extension Office.

5. Administrators Comments:
Commissioner: Would like to set up an eAYSO training session for the Board Members, he would like to have this done on the 13th of June when Coordinator’s meet at Numa for team balancing and set up. This meeting will be at 6:30 pm in the computer room.
Asst RC: NTR
Coach Administrator: Make sure all coaches are on the same page in regards to AYSO regulations and how they should treat players and referee’s. He is trying to set up Annual Coach Update classes. He is looking to hold them on July 25-26 from 6:00-7:30 pm.
CVPA: NTR
Referee Administrator: He would like to attend the coach update classes to talk to the coaches about the ref’s responsibility to the game and what the coach should expect from the ref’s. He would also like a list of all previous referee’s.
Youth Referee Administrator: NTR
Safety: Wants to make a strong effort in getting all of the volunteer forms turned in this year.
Registrar: NTR
Training Coordinator: He has made a schedule with all training times on there and will have it distributed.
Public Relations: He is trying to get hold of the Erickson’s who own the Fallon Movie Theatre to see if we can put something on the screen for soccer.

6. New Business
A. Late Registration: Are we going to accept any players beyond filling in empty spots on teams. It was decided that Coordinators say whether they can go on a team, but all money and paperwork has to go through the Registrar, they then need to call the Uniform Coordinator to get the uniforms needed updated. When the teams are all full, there will be no more registrations.
High School Communication: Jeff will let Nate Waite know when we get coaches to organize training with high school.
Soccer Camp: It will be held August 1-5, flyers will go out. Kids will be on their own teams, it will be done by Brittania. There will be two sessions one in the morning and one in the evening and it will be done by age groups.
Scholarship: This will be discussed further in the future. Any input on what sort of criteria can be forwarded to the Asst RC or RC.
Area Meeting: The Area Meeting/Training classes scheduled for June 10th – 12th have been cancelled. There will be training held by the Region, and you can find those dates and times on our website at www.fallonayso.org.
